Carmo is an Alexander Technique teacher, certified by ATVD

since October 2024. She studied at the Alexander Technik Schule in Berlin from 2021-25 under the guidance of Joerg Aßhoff and Petra von Ondarza, among others.

She is a visual artist and also participated in several music projects before she came to the Technique. Carmo had her first contact with

the Technique through singing lessons and after reading Alexander's "Use of the Self" she became very curious to know more.

​Since January 2024, she has been giving one-on-one lessons as part of the Internship and participated and guided group workshops.

She is now living and working in Lisbon and Cascais.
